The pedestrian bridge is located on the Alcaravaneras-Rincón-Enlace de Arucas section of the Northern Access to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The pedestrian bridge crosses over the motorway connecting the populations on both sides of it.

An arch bridge was proposed because of the good condition for its foundation, on the rocky layer.

The pedestrian bridge is a concrete arch bridge; the span of the arch is 45 m and the total length of the deck is 51 m. The columns are a circular shape section of 25 cm diameter. The depth of the arch varies from 0,6 m to 0,9 m. The vertical alignment of the deck is slightly curved.

The width of the deck is 3,7 m (the horizontal clearance is 3,3 m).
