The project includes the construction of the new toll motorway R-4, from the M-50 to Ocaña, where it connects to the A-4 motorway and the toll motorway AP-36. The project also includes a section of the M-50 motorway between the M-209 and the A-2. The R-4 section is 53 km long and the M-50 section is 37 km long, which includes the connection between the M-50 and M-40 motorways.

TORROJA INGENIERIA S.L. designed many of the structures of these sections, including various viaducts, overpasses, and cut-and-cover tunnels. The most remarkable structures of the sections are:

Arroyo Salinas Viaduct, over the Tajo river, on the R-4 MWY

Viaducts over the high speed railway Madrid-Sevilla line, on the R-4 MWY

Structures at the intersections between the M-50, M-21 and A-2

2 cut-and-cover tunnels made with precast concrete beams, on the M-50 MWY

1 cut-and-cover tunnel, with two reinforced concrete vaults, on the M-50 MWY

Viaducts over the R-3 toll motorway, on the M-50 MWY

Viaducts over the rivers Jarama and Manzanares, on the M-50 MWY
